I get quite a lot of proposals in my inbox each week. A lot of them, especially the Powerpoint ones, are completely bloated in file size and average about 2MB. When I’m told by IT department to clean out my inbox, these are the first to go.

If you can’t tell me why you’re so special in under 100Kb, you need to consider redesigning your presentation / proposals. Otherwise, your email and attachment are heading for the Archives folder.
