I just don’t know when i’m going to get the time, so here’s a quick summary of 2 post-worthy items:

Title: Ananzi talks shop.
Abbreviated thoughts: I think they should be focusing on getting their search engine right before they start building shopping portals. I did a search for a used BMW 1 Series and got a picture of a Mercedes. I know its a feed from Mcarthy Call-a-Car, but still.
Closing question: Does allocating development resource time on the Ananzi Shopping mean that they’re taking resources off the search side? I wonder what they think of 24.com?

2.
Title: My I-”mate” SP5.
Abbreviated thoughts: This phone is starting to really piss me off. the 8 and 5 buttons go on strike whenever they feel like it. If its taught me one thing, I’ve learned to appreciate the letters JKL and TUV a lot more than i used to. “I’m sorry JKLTU and V, you are such great letters of the alphabet and I miss you when you’re gone.”
The programs and icons are also seriously confused, when you click on the Internet Explorer icon you wouldn’t expect say, Solitaire to load?
Closing question: What phone should I get next? The Nokia N95 (ad below) looks pretty sweet, I wonder if it will ever get to these shores. At $700 it’s going to convert into serious ZAR numbers.
