I haven’t actually watched it myself, apparently i stared a bit too much to the slides and not the audience. In an attempt to not rely on the slides, I tried to keep it in the one-word/idea-per-page ala Dick Hardt style (although his OSCON preso was pretty much infinitely better than mine).
