HELP / SOS / is there anybody out there!?

I’m busy learning some drupal, which seems like a great system. The problem is that whenever i update a page i have to re-refresh it. even if i change options on a admin page and click submit, the old admin page reloads.

So basically, i’m pressing F5 every single page, unless i haven’t seen the page before.

I’ve cleared caches in all my browsers, tried Firefox, IE7, Safari (new windows ver) and they’re all the same. Tried from work, tried from home, and still nothing.

Does anyone know how to get me out of this cache loop?
